I have been an artist my entire life and began working with metal about 4 years ago when I realized how much I love the sculptural and technical aspect of working with metals. I am constantly learning, taking classes, expanding my expertise to find new ways to express my ideas. It seems the more I learn, the more there is to learn about this amazing craft. 

My work represents this experimentation. I continue to try new techniques, tools, and metals. I am constantly inspired by nature and the small things in daily life such as the arc of a blooming branch or the pattern on water grates. I also love the challenges of working with each metal's properties, combining metal types, and thicknesses. Each one of my pieces is meticulously created in my home studio in the Virginia Highlands neighborhood in Atlanta.
